Individual Login Policy
Individual login details are assigned to each individual person. Under no circumstances can these logins be used by others. If someone else uses a login not assigned to them, or if multiple people attempt to log in using the same login ID, we reserve the right to immediately revoke your agency’s access from the entire training series – without a refund or credit. This policy will be strictly adhered to.
We are pleased to provide a special discount when you register 4 or more people, and an even greater discount when you register 10 or more people. To qualify for the discount: everyone must register at the same time and be employed by the same agency brand. “Sister agencies” under the same ownership, holding company, or independent agency network are not eligible to combine their registrations to receive the group rate discount.
Cancellation Policy (or Have to Miss a Session)
We get it, your team has accounts to run. They’re busy and things happen. If you need to make a change to your registration, here are your options.
We do allow participant substitutions for the entire series up until 4 business days prior to the first session when notified by email. We don’t allow substitutions on a session-by-session basis.
If a participant must miss a session, a sequential rebroadcast (starting at 11am ET) of Sessions 1 – 3 will take place on March 21st and Sessions 4 & 5 on March 22nd. Note that session recordings are not available.
Tuesday, March 21st:

- 1:30 – 3:30 pm ET | Mastering Client Business Analysis (Session 2)
- 4:00 – 6:00 pm ET | Mastering Strategy: Writing Briefs (Session 3)
Wednesday, March 22nd:
- 11:00 – 1:00 pm ET | Mastering Strategy: Journey Modeling (Session 4)
- 1:30 – 3:30 pm ET | Mastering Scope Management (Session 5)
Should you have no choice but to cancel an entire registration, when notified by email before the start of the series, we are one of the only training organizations happy to provide you with a credit towards a future event, webinar, or new MirrenDirect subscription within the following 9 months. There is a 15% processing fee. No credits are issued after the series has started. To proceed with canceling your registration and receiving the credit, please contact our team by email and include your registration information.
Although it has never happened, if the training series or a session is required to be rescheduled due to events beyond our control (such as a power/Internet outage at our training facility, Zoom outage, etc.), we will immediately reschedule the series or session to take place as soon as possible after the issue is resolved. We do not provide refunds in this situation. If you are not able to join the rescheduled date, you will have the option to send a substitute or receive one week of access to the recording.
Because we commit expenses for each attendee well in advance of the series, we must strictly adhere to this policy. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
Although it has never happened, should a guest instructor not be able to lead their session due to a last-minute situation beyond their control, we will provide a substitute instructor of equal or greater experience, or we will reschedule the session for the soonest possible date.
For the period of twelve months following this conference, your agency agrees not to directly or indirectly play any role in the recruiting or solicitation of any Mirren employee or contractor to terminate their existing employment or contract relationship with Mirren.
Registration / Discount Codes
Registration / discount codes can only be applied at the time of registration and cannot be used retroactively on registrations already purchased. Discount codes are not stackable (i.e, only one can be used per registration).
Note that by registering for this event, we may occasionally provide you with email updates on other topics that are similar and relevant in nature.
